Can I really transfer from another clinic for free? +
Yes. If you're an existing patient at another UK medical cannabis clinic, we'll transfer your care at no charge. You'll need a discharge letter from your current clinic confirming your patient history. Our patient care team will guide you through every step.
Is Klarna available for medication as well as membership? +
Yes — Klarna is available for both. You can spread the cost of your annual membership, monthly subscription, or your medication. We're the first UK medical cannabis clinic to offer buy now, pay later as standard.
What happens if I'm not eligible after my consultation? +

No. You self-refer directly to Naturecan Clinic. You'll need to share your medical history — including your Summary Care Record — as part of the assessment, but you don't need your GP to refer you.
