  • STEP 2.

    Online Appointment

    Book your appointment

    Once our Naturecan care team has reviewed your summary care record (SCR) from your GP, book a video consultation and pick the product and formats you would like to discuss with your doctor.

    Video Consultation
    Talk to an expert in medical cannabis and get a personalised 
treatment plan based on your condition, symptoms, and medical history. Order directly through the clinic platform. You can choose pay-as-you-go or a subscription that covers ongoing costs.

    Get your Prescription
    After your consultation, our multi-disciplinary team will review your treatment plan. Your treatment plan will include suggestions on whether you should start cannabis flower or oil, THC and CBD quantities.
  • STEP 3.

    Get your 
Medication

    Place your order
    Receive a payment link from our partner pharmacy and choose how you would like to pay. We are the only UK medical cannabis pharmacy that now offers buy now, pay later through Klarna!

    Get your delivery

    Your prescription is sent to you in discreet packaging, usually within 5 days.
  • STEP 4.

    Ongoing Care

    Adjust prescriptions if needed

    You can change or cancel your treatment anytime online.

    Regular check-ins

    You’ll have at least four consultations per year to make sure your treatment is still right for you.
